  Booked my car in for a wheel alignment check, asked if there was anything must do before coming which they replied no, but they should have informed me prior that my car needed to fit certain requirements e.g. Tred depths with 2mm on one axle for it to be able to be check & must have a full tank of fuel as the car has a split tank which would make the car unbalanced. within an hour of dropping my car off I had a phone call saying they weren't able to carry out the check because of the wheel tred depth (asked to swap the wheel for one on the back which was within the limit but apparently they didn't have time as they were very busy even when my car was booked in for this day). I found it very hard to get through to their service department as the phone hangs itself up but rang their sales team which were very quick to answer. Would not bother wasting your time with north wales Audi again save yourself hassle and go to Cheshire oaks, NW Audi are Happy to "help" you until it comes to actually doing work on the car. Can't fault the customer care on the shop floor but very dissapointed with the overall outcome.
